Discreet Billing & Packaging Policy

Your privacy matters. Every Peak Fantasy order is billed, packaged, and shipped with complete discretion. This policy explains how charges appear on your statement, how your order is packaged, and the steps we take to ensure your purchase remains private.

1. Discreet Billing

To protect your privacy, charges will not appear as “Peak Fantasy” or any adult-related terms on your billing statement whenever possible. Instead, your statement may show:

  • A neutral business descriptor
  • A shortened or generic merchant name
  • A standard Shopify billing descriptor depending on the payment provider

Some payment processors may use their own standardized descriptors that we cannot modify, but none will refer to adult items, fantasy toys, or related terms.

2. Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy. We never include branding or product details on the outside of any shipment.

Your package will:

  • Arrive in a neutral box or padded mailer
  • Have no Peak Fantasy logos, artwork, or fantasy terms
  • Show only standard shipping labels required by the carrier
  • Contain no indication of adult items on customs or carrier forms (where legally allowed)

Inside the box, items are sealed hygienically and cushioned to prevent damage.

3. Discreet Return Labels

If a package needs to be returned for a shipping-related reason, the return address is also neutral and will not reveal the nature of the contents or the Peak Fantasy brand.

For hygiene reasons, most products are final sale and non-returnable. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.

4. International Discretion (If Applicable)

For international shipments, customs declarations may require a product category label. We use generic descriptions such as:

  • “Silicone Figurine”
  • “Novelty Item”
  • “Silicone Sculpture”

We never disclose adult terminology unless required by local law. Customs delays or inspections may occur, and discretion may vary by country.

5. Communication Privacy

Emails, digital receipts, and notifications are kept similarly discreet:

  • Subject lines remain neutral
  • No explicit product details are shown unless required for order accuracy
  • Marketing emails are optional and require explicit opt-in
