Shipping Policy
Peak Fantasy ships discreetly, securely, and reliably across Canada and internationally. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, packaged, shipped, tracked, and delivered. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Typical processing time is:
- 1–3 business days for in-stock items
- 3–5 business days during sales, restocks, or high-volume periods
- Bespoke/Made To Order products may take longer do to their Custom nature
Orders begin processing once payment is successfully received. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
2. Discreet Packaging Guarantee
All Peak Fantasy shipments are packaged discreetly for customer privacy.
- No external branding or Peak Fantasy logos
- No product descriptions on the box or label
- Neutral packaging materials
- Billing descriptor may appear under a neutral name when possible
Inside the package, items are sealed hygienically and protected from damage.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship using reliable carriers, including:
- Canada Post
- UPS
- FedEx
- Purolator (when available)
The carrier used depends on your location, shipping option selected, and product size.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on:
- Destination
- Weight & size of the order
- Shipping speed selected
Occasional promotions or free-shipping thresholds may apply and will be shown at checkout.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate depending on the carrier.
If you did not receive your tracking email, check your spam folder, or contact us at support@peakfantasy.ca.
6. Delivery Issues, Delays & Force Majeure
Peak Fantasy is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the carrier
- Weather-related disruptions
- Customs inspections
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
- Force majeure events (strikes, natural disasters, etc.)
If a carrier experiences a delay, we will assist with tracking but cannot expedite or reroute shipments once in transit.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Peak Fantasy’s responsibility ends. We are not liable for theft, loss, or misdelivery after the carrier confirms delivery.
Your steps if a package goes missing:
- Check with neighbours, building staff, or family
- Verify the shipping address on your order
- Wait 24–48 hours for a potential late scan
- Contact the carrier to begin a trace
If the carrier confirms a delivery error, we will assist in submitting a claim, but replacements are not guaranteed unless the carrier accepts liability.
8. International Orders (If Offered)
International customers are responsible for:
- Import duties
- Taxes
- Customs processing fees
- Compliance with local laws regarding adult products
If customs rejects, confiscates, or returns your package, Peak Fantasy cannot issue refunds due to the hygienic nature of our products.
9. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided:
- We cannot recover or refund a package delivered to an incorrect address.
- Reshipment requires purchasing a new product and new shipping fee.
If you made a mistake, contact us immediately at support@peakfantasy.ca. If the order has already entered processing or shipped, it cannot be changed.
