Shipping Policy
Peak Fantasy ships discreetly, securely, and reliably across Canada and select international destinations. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, packaged, shipped, tracked, and delivered. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Typical processing times are:
- 1–3 business days for in-stock items
- 3–5 business days during sales, restocks, or high-volume periods
- Bespoke or Made-to-Order items may require additional processing time due to their custom nature
Orders begin processing once payment is successfully received. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
2. Discreet Packaging Guarantee
All Peak Fantasy orders are packaged with customer privacy in mind.
- No external branding or Peak Fantasy logos
- No product descriptions on shipping labels
- Neutral packaging materials
- Billing descriptors may appear under a neutral name when possible
Inside the package, items are sealed hygienically and protected to prevent damage during transit.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers, including:
- Canada Post
- UPS
- FedEx
- Purolator (when available)
The carrier used depends on your location, shipping option selected, and package size.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on:
- Destination
- Package weight and dimensions
- Shipping speed selected
Occasional promotions or free-shipping thresholds may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active depending on the carrier.
If you do not receive your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact support@peakfantasy.ca.
6. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure
Peak Fantasy is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Customs inspections
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
- Force majeure events such as strikes, natural disasters, or service disruptions
If a shipment is delayed, we will assist with tracking inquiries but cannot expedite or reroute packages once they are in transit.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
Your steps if a package appears missing:
- Check with neighbours, building staff, or household members
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
- Allow 24–48 hours for delayed carrier scans
- Contact the carrier to initiate a delivery trace
If the carrier confirms a delivery error, we will assist with submitting a claim when possible. Replacement or refund eligibility depends on the carrier’s determination and is not guaranteed.
8. PO Boxes & Address Accuracy
PO Box delivery availability depends on the carrier selected. Some carriers may be unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be recovered or refunded.
If you notice an error in your address, contact support@peakfantasy.ca immediately. Address changes are not possible once an order has entered processing or shipped.
9. International Orders
International customers are responsible for:
- Import duties and taxes
- Customs processing fees
- Compliance with local laws and regulations
If a shipment is rejected, confiscated, or returned by customs, refunds cannot be issued due to the hygienic nature of our products.
