Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Final Sale (Hygiene & Safety)

For hygiene and customer safety reasons, most items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, especially once opened or handled.

We cannot accept returns of:

• Any adult novelty item that has been opened or unsealed
• Any silicone, TPE, or insertable product
• Items that have been handled, tested, removed from packaging, or “tried on”
• Used items of any kind

This protects all customers by ensuring every product shipped is brand new, unused, and hygienically safe.

2. Flop Items (Final Sale / Sold As-Is)

Products sold as “Flop Items” are final sale and sold as-is. A flop item may have a minor, disclosed cosmetic imperfection (such as a small surface blemish, color swirl, or mold mark) that does not affect safe use.

Because the cosmetic flaw is disclosed at the time of purchase, flop items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will assist you. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (as shown by carrier tracking).

To be eligible for review:

• Inspect your item upon arrival (before first use whenever possible)
• Provide clear photos (and video if needed) of the issue and the full product
• Include your order number and a brief description of the problem
• Include photos of the packaging if shipping damage is suspected

If approved, we may offer a replacement of the same item (or closest equivalent if unavailable) or store credit, at our discretion.

Flop Item Exclusions

Flop items are not eligible for defect claims related to cosmetic or structural issues. Disclosed imperfections are not considered defects.

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Opened or unsealed products
• Used items of any kind
• Lubricants, oils, cleaners, or intimate accessories
• Gift cards
• Clearance or special-drop items (unless explicitly stated otherwise)
• Products purchased from third-party sellers
• Flop items or discounted products sold “as-is”

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet entered the fulfillment process. Once an order has entered processing, has been packaged, or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. If your package appears missing:

• Check with neighbours, building staff, or household members
• Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation
• Contact the carrier for delivery details or scan verification

If the carrier confirms a delivery error, we will assist with initiating a trace or claim when possible. Replacement or refund eligibility depends on the carrier’s determination and is not guaranteed.

7. International Shipments

For international orders, customs delays, import restrictions, duties, taxes, and compliance with local laws are the customer’s responsibility. If a shipment is rejected, confiscated, or returned by customs, refunds cannot be issued due to the hygienic nature of our products.

8. Warranty Limitations

Peak Fantasy products are adult novelty items and are not medical devices. Wear-and-tear, misuse, improper cleaning, accidents, or damage due to handling after delivery are not covered under replacement policies.
