Warranty & Defect Policy
Peak Fantasy products are crafted with care using body-safe materials and strict quality control. This Warranty & Defect Policy explains what is considered a defect, what is not, how “flop items” are treated, and how to request assistance if you believe your item is faulty.
1. General Warranty Overview
Peak Fantasy products are sold as adult novelty items and are not medical devices. We offer a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship present at the time of delivery.
Because of the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, most items cannot be returned for inspection. Warranty evaluation is typically carried out using photos, videos, and your description of the issue.
2. Flop Items – Sold As-Is (No Warranty)
Some products may be offered as “Flop Items”. A flop item is a fully functional product that contains a minor cosmetic imperfection, such as:
- Small air bubbles or surface dimples
- Color swirls or pigment variation
- Minor mold lines, trim marks, or uneven color blends
- Other aesthetic flaws that do not affect safe use
Flop items are clearly identified at the time of purchase and are sold at a discounted price. They are sold “as-is” and are:
- Not eligible for returns or exchanges, and
- Not covered by this warranty for cosmetic or structural claims.
By purchasing a flop item, you acknowledge and accept the disclosed cosmetic imperfections and agree that the item is non-returnable and non-warrantied.
3. What Is Considered a Defect
A true manufacturing defect is a problem that:
- Was present at the time of delivery, and
- Prevents normal, safe use of the product.
Examples of potential defects (for non-flop items) may include:
- Significant tearing, splitting, or a large crack in the silicone upon arrival
- Severe deformity that does not match the described product
- Incorrect item sent (different model, size, or primary color than ordered)
- Major structural damage clearly caused in transit
All defect claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis using the evidence provided.
4. What Is Not Considered a Defect
Due to the hand-finished and custom nature of many fantasy-themed toys, the following are generally not considered defects:
- Minor surface lines, seams, or mold marks
- Small air bubbles that do not compromise structural integrity
- Color variation, marbling, or pigment swirls
- Softness variation within normal production ranges
- Any cosmetic imperfections disclosed on a “flop item” listing
We do our best to represent colors and finishes accurately in product photos, but actual appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, batch differences, and monitor settings. Such variation is normal and not covered under defect claims.
5. Warranty Period & Eligibility
Our limited defect warranty applies to non-flop items and is valid for:
- 7 days from the date of delivery, as shown by the carrier tracking.
To be eligible, you must:
- Inspect your item upon arrival before first use whenever possible;
- Report any suspected defect within the warranty period;
- Provide clear photos and/or video showing the issue and the full product;
- Provide your order number and contact information.
Because of hygiene regulations, we generally do not request that you return intimate products for physical inspection.
6. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
This warranty does not cover issues arising from:
- Normal wear and tear from use over time
- Improper storage (e.g., contact with other materials that cause reactions)
- Use with incompatible lubricants (e.g., silicone-based lube on silicone toys)
- Damage from sharp objects, pets, extreme heat or cold, or chemical exposure
- Misuse, modification, or use outside the intended purpose
- Damage occurring after the warranty period has expired
- Flop items or any product sold as “as-is” or final sale
We reserve the right to determine, at our discretion, whether an issue falls under normal wear, misuse, or a genuine manufacturing defect.
7. Remedies: Replacement, Store Credit, or Denial
If your claim is approved as a valid manufacturing defect for a non-flop item within the warranty period, we may offer one of the following remedies:
- A replacement of the same product (or closest equivalent if unavailable);
- Store credit in the form of a discount code or gift card;
- Another resolution mutually agreed upon, at our discretion.
If we determine that the issue is not a defect (for example, normal wear, misuse, or a cosmetic imperfection on a flop item), the claim may be declined.
8. How to Submit a Defect Claim
If you believe your product has a defect, please contact us as soon as possible at:
support@peakfantasy.ca
Include the following in your message:
- Your full name and order number
- The product name/model and whether it was purchased as a flop item
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photos (and video if needed) of the product and the specific problem area
- Photos of the packaging, if damage in transit is suspected
We may request additional information to properly evaluate your claim. Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in delays or denial of the warranty claim.
9. Limitation of Liability
This Warranty & Defect Policy is subject to the limitations of liability described in our Terms of Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our responsibility is limited to the remedies described above and shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product in question.
10. Relationship to Other Policies

In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms of Service and applicable law will prevail.
